Meet Danielle

Danielle Boucher, L.A.c, Dipl. O.M., MSTCM

Danielle Boucher is a licensed acupuncturist in California, and nationally certified as a Diplomate of Oriental Medicine by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. She studied acupuncture here in San Francisco at the American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, where she received her Masters in Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Danielle’s clinical experience includes shifts at the ACTCM Community Clinic and The Auricular Clinic. She completed an advanced study program in Traditional Chinese Medicine at Zhejiang Chinese Medicine University in Hangzhou, China.

Danielle was drawn to Chinese Medicine because of its holistic approach and ability to see the interconnectedness of an individual’s symptoms. She is a general practitioner with a special interest in pain management, digestive disorders, oncology, women’s health and hormone balance.

Danielle has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Macalester College. She has been dedicated to working in women’s health since her position as a patient advocate at the Midwest Health Center for Women. Currently, she volunteers at the Charlotte Maxwell Complimentary Clinic, which offers free alternative medicine treatments to low-income women with cancer.

When she isn’t working at City Pulse, Danielle can be found out in nature hiking, practicing yoga and enjoying art.
