PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE)
All patients are required to wear a mask at all times. If you do not have one, we will provide one.

NO GUESTS
We are asking all patients to avoid bringing guests (including partners), unless physical assistance is needed. Small children are an exception if childcare is not available.
PHYSICAL DISTANCING
We have extended appointment times to minimize any unnecessary in-person interaction between patients and to sanitize and disinfect the office between patients. We ask that you arrive no more than 5 minutes before your appointment time in order to avoid crowding in the waiting room.
SANITIZATION AND DISINFECTION
We complete stringent sanitization and disinfection of every room after each patient. This includes using EPA-registered hospital-grade disinfectant on tables, chairs, and counters. We sanitize all high touch areas including door handles and light switches. At all times we have HEPA with UV light air filters and air nebulizers running. The HEPA filters are in each treatment room and the reception area, and filter room air 4.5x per hour. After each patient, the filter is left running on high before the next patient enters the room.
CONTACTLESS TRANSACTIONS
We will use your card on file or e-mail an electronic invoice for your appointment and any products purchased.
ACUPUNCTURE SAFTEY
All of our acupuncturists have tested through and follow the Council of Colleges of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine’s (CCAOM) Clean Needle Technique (7th Edition – February 2020). This includes best practices for acupuncture needle safety and related procedures.
